What I hoped I was wrong about, but am apparently not, is that the Money and Media comment struck me as an antisemitic swipe. I’m disturbed who this man gets advice from. Florina on Planned Parenthood, Phil Robertson on marriage equality, etc. So the man is a champion debater, so he has prestigious degrees, so he can repeat a lie until Jesus honks….. That does not make him a politician. It disturbed me that GW Bush broke ranks and made an unflattering remark about “the guy”. He has really not commented much on politics since leaving office. He is disdained by his peers in the senate, and he is disdained by many people in Texas. When that many people don’t like someone, it means he has left his size boots all over foreheads and fingers across the country. Snidely Whiplash is about the best name I’ve heard him called.
