Does the word “hurriedly” have any other meaning/translation (“hurriedly = ‘”without taking time to recognize gravity of one’s bad acts”?). Perhaps he Hebrews/God would have preferred a more measured delay instead of attempt to offer panicked apology. “Summon” indicate a power relation in which pharaoh is more powerful and moses/aaron remain supplicants as Pharoah is ordering them to appear – what if setting had been Pharaoh went to Moses/Aaron?
