I do love the bit about paying all their interns to make the positions accessible to all. So sweet, but as you say, welcome to publishing. It’s like my kids’ private school – you can reduce tuition for kids from “economically diverse” (HA HA HA UGH) backgrounds but unless you add in a clothes allowance and reimburse commuting expenses it’s still not feasible.

Oh, bless. Coffee-colored servant of lust totes slipped someone's radar. Oops. I... wow. I really appreciate the editor, and requiring a beta reader will probably make some authors think twice about writing an identity that they don't share. That may either mean fewer writers writing other identities, or better books. ...hm. Not even sure what I think here!
