I am also sorry about the ugly insult-onto-injury that dealing with bureaucracy always entails. I thank you, on behalf of everyone else who shares this insurance, for what you’ve tried to do for us, which is to pave the way for them to LISTEN, down the line. The way they treated you was just inexcusably crass and ham-handed. I mean, WOW. I know you sound calm writing about it, but — wow. Full marks to you for following through without screaming (much).
