In addition to violating her right not to incriminate herself, which I guess is covered by &quot;she already was convicted&quot;, this feels like a first amendment issue to me.  &quot;You will speak in this proscribed manner, and say this particular thing as a condition of your sentence.&quot;  Kind of ridiculous.]]></description>

Typical of some judges in our country looking over their half-glasses and down their noses at the &quot;riff-raff&quot; that appears before them, when they themselves are guilty of felony offense. And while we are on the word felony...Martha Stewart gets convicted of getting a tip from her stockbroker and goes to prison for six months in a federal penitentiary, and six months house arrest. THIS is a Supreme Court Judge of the State of Pennsylvania and she gets only house arrest. She needed to do time and make panchos at Camp Cupcake as well.]]></description>
